Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Please read all terms carefully to understand the terms and conditions below so you are aware of when returns and exchanges are permitted
- Payments cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
The following conditions must be met in all cases of exchange and return:

  1. Exchange is permitted within 10 days from the date of purchase. (Exchange is not permitted after the expiry of the mentioned period).
  2. The product must be in its original condition. If there is any defect in the piece, it will not be exchanged.
  3.   If the customer wishes to choose the return option, the customer will receive a purchase voucher for the value of purchases on the website (after applying the discount on the shipping price of the returned item).
  4. Everything mentioned that is not subject to exchange will not be replaced.

The original terms mean the following:

The product must be unused, unwashed, unscented, unstained, unaltered, without any stains, or makeup, and with its original labels and undamaged packaging.
- For any products that are entitled to request a return and exchange, the process will take place once they are received in our warehouse.
- In case of manufacturing defects, ClassyM will bear the delivery fee but in any other case, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
-ClassYM has the right to reject the return and exchange request if any of the above conditions are not met and will not be obligated to pay the shipping cost for the rejected items. In this case, the customer must make the necessary arrangements to retrieve them within 20 days of being notified of the rejection, otherwise, the ClassYM will not be responsible for keeping it or storing it in its warehouses, and it will be destroyed after that.
- ClassyYM accepts exchanges under all the conditions mentioned above in Our stores in the country or our stores in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, with our deepest apologies in advance to those who walked into our stores without fulfilling the rules of our return and exchange policy as mentioned above.
- No returns or exchanges if there is any violation of our privacy policy.
- There are no returns or exchanges for sales listed in the “Outlet” section or any product within the offer period.
